Hi, I’m Chase.

I graduated high school in San Diego, then spent a year at Grand Canyon University studying computer programming. I moved back home, transferred to San Diego State, and switched my major to business finance — graduating in 2025.

Somewhere along the way the coding bug came back. I taught myself again, in a more serious way this time, and started applying it to real work. The turning point was joining ENG Properties as an intern — a role that quickly turned into something heavily operations-driven, where I was building the kind of structure and tooling the company didn’t have yet. That’s where I found out how much I love business operations.

I’ve been at ENG Properties for about two years now, including the year-long internship, working on tech solutions and ops. With everything that’s become possible with AI, I’ve found the fusion I was looking for — blending business operations with modern AI is exactly the kind of work I want to do, and it’s the heart of what Chase Your Solutions does for every client.

Outside of work I’m a music producer and a full-on music fanatic. I sing, I produce electronic music and rap instrumentals, and I spend a lot of time in Ableton and Logic Pro X. DJing is a big part of it too.

More broadly, I’m drawn to anything creative — painting, photography, videography. The creative element is my favorite part of being alive. Expressing it, in any form, is what keeps me sharp on the work side too.
