The website analyzer, workflow grader, ROI calculator, and any other tools on this site are provided as-isfor informational purposes. They’re meant to help you think, not to replace professional advice. Results are estimates, and real outcomes depend on your specific situation.

You agree not to use the tools to analyze sites or systems you don’t own or have permission to scan. Don’t abuse the endpoints — I rate-limit, but excessive use gets you blocked.

All content on this site — text, code samples, design, videos, logos — is owned by Chase Your Solutions unless credited otherwise. You can share links to the site and quote short passages with attribution. You can’t copy wholesale pages, rebrand them, or use the CYS name or logo without written permission.

Blog posts are free to read. If you want to republish or translate one, email me and we’ll work it out.

Pricing shown on this site is a range, not a quote. The real agreement comes from a written proposal I send after a discovery conversation. That proposal — not this site — is the binding document for any paid work.

Client ownership, payment terms, revisions, and support windows are spelled out in each signed agreement. If you want to read the standard terms before we talk, just ask.

This site embeds or links to third-party services — Cal.com for scheduling, Google Analytics for traffic, Resend for email, Netlify for hosting, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not mine.

I work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but I provide it as-is, without warranties of any kind. I don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any free tool’s results will be correct for your situation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chase Your Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its free tools. If a court finds I owe you something, the total amount is limited to what you paid me (which, for site-only use, is zero).

If your use of this site or a free tool causes a third party to come after me (for example, because you pointed the website analyzer at a site you didn’t own), you agree to cover the resulting costs and legal fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute goes to state or federal court located in San Diego County, and both parties consent to jurisdiction there.

I may update these terms. The “Effective” date at the top will change, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
